Legend had it that when you ran out of wrappers (or interest), the length of the chain would be the height of your future husband. Well, I lived in a small, quiet town with a lot of gum chewers, so by the time I decided I'd had enough my chain probably could have gone around our house a couple times. (My husband turned out to be tall, but that chain was optimistic.)<br /><br />After all those gum wrappers, a bracelet does seem doable!
