Anytime of the day, month, year, if you were to ask him, "What would you like to make today?"
... the boy would likely, probably, almost certainly retort, "A plane."
...building aerial machines, fashioning flyers, assembling all manner of winged devices.
If you have a passion for something, you're best to listen to your heart and pursue it.
Even if you are only 7.
Take care, and have a great weekend!
Gorgeous photos. It is important to have a passion - won't it be fun to see him continue to explore his passions as he grows?
ReplyDeleteI know what passion means. Passion for planes! My son used to have and loved making any kind of paper planes when he was the boy age. Now he loves the real planes and even regonize the sound each plane makes! Michele, I have been enjoying the series of the boy's life - thanks for sharing - Hugs Nat
ReplyDeleteI, too am familiar with the desires of young hearts! You've made a lovely collection of planes Michele!
ReplyDeletehmm interesting!! & you are so very true..Passion is the whole thing basically!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful planes! have a great weekend too!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. I am anxiously awaiting my 8 year old to find a passion. I was full of it at his age, already crafting away. It nags on my mind a bit that he seems so passionless. His 5 year old sister, she is full of it so no worries there. Perhaps passion takes some longer?
ReplyDeleteMy husband was the same way, and now he is an Air Traffic Controller. He gets to look at airplanes all day long. I love your boy's creations. I love your support of him!
ReplyDeleteI love this post, Michele. And I absolutely agree... pursue your passion! Have a great weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThat’s an adorable collection of airplanes! Love the pictures, they are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMy brother works at a small airport and they have an airplane museum. The Boy would love it!
Beautiful, beautiful! I love how you share so many experiences with your little dude - he'll look back later and remember a mom who thought planes were cool and just LOVED building them - even if you were really doing it because he was so into them.
ReplyDeleteThose are super cool flying machines.
ReplyDeletePassion is what makes life worth living. Isn't it fun to discover what our children's are?
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post Michelle.. and oh so true.... the boy is wonderful.... maybe one day he can fly me or you for a visit....
ReplyDeleteHugz
The greatest gift any parent can give their child is to allow them to find their passion and help them in that quest in any way possible.
ReplyDeleteThis post warms my heart. Your son is very lucky indeed.
And those planes! They are fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! I love every single one of them!
