I've been a busy little bee making a whack of toilet paper roll wreath Christmas ornaments (as per this tutorial here)!
These will be sold at a craft fair to raise money for two of my nieces' educational trips. I've never sold my crafts in this way before. It's a bit of an experiment... But fingers crossed that they go like dag-gum hotcakes!

good luck and no doubts about your sale success!!!!;oD

Good luck! Aren't you a good aunt!
ReplyDeleteThose are super cute!!!! I need to start experimenting with tp rolls. We go through so many here and I feel bad for throwing them away. I know they can be used for something! lol
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I am sure you will sell lots of them!
ReplyDeleteMichele - Nester Smith has a link party up for Christmas ornaments. I wanted to post this for you there, but I do have some sense of boundaries. Love this! Anyway, pinned it directly from here. Awesome.
ReplyDeletei think these would be cute as a decoration around a votive candle holder or around a candle pillar of appropriate diameter!
ReplyDeleteLove the golden goodness of these en masse! Have fun at the sale!
ReplyDeleteWow! You totally transformed the TP roll! I'd certainly buy one. Pinning this project!
ReplyDeleteHi Michele,
ReplyDeleteThe mail lady just delivered the box of gorgeous wreaths! Thank you so much! I can't wait to display them hung all over my tree branch display that dad made for me! I'll send you a picture for the blog once it's set up! Thank you sooo much!
that's great Simone! yay! here's hoping they sell for you. :)
DeleteI bet they go like hot cakes, they are so lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnother priceless idea...........good luck selling them............am sure many of your clever makes would sell really well!
ReplyDeleteAnother great idea! So is this just one TP roll per wreath? How big across are they? So pretty! You do amazing things with TP rolls. I was actually looking at our recycle bin today and thought of you. You'd cringe becuase in the bin was an egg carton!!! I seriously thought of you and felt guilty, but then talked myself down by saying, it's ok, I just don't have time right now to make something out of this one! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Louise, if you'd like to know how to make them, I've provided a link to the tutorial above. They are about 6 inches across and you need 2 tp rolls for each. And, oh gosh, don't worry about the egg carton in the recycling, for goodness sakes! If it was in the garbage I'd certainly frown but you are recycling them so that's awesome! :)
DeleteWell, they're beautiful. How nice that you're helping her. I'm sure they'll go like hotcakes!!!
ReplyDeleteHope the sale went well. Your little wreaths are beautiful!!! I absolutely love the way the bright saturated color of the inside of the tube shows through and accent the gold outside. I imagine they are gorgeous on a tree! Or in a window!
